The two-building project, which is being constructed around the historic Weddington House which is located on the 113-year-old property which is the former residence of Wilson Weddington, a co-founder of the town of Lankershim that eventually transformed into North Hollywood.
The structural design involved 3 levels of Type V construction over 2 levels of Type I garage construction above grade housing parking as well as 2 story live/work units that wrap the exterior of the Type I structure.
