The Palazzo at Westwood consists of two buildings with 350 luxury apartment units with 2 story units at the top floor. This a podium style project with lush courtyards including a pool built into the podium. Each building is built over their own subterranean concrete garage which are located on either side of Glendon Avenue near Weyburn Avenue. Our design work for the the project included the design of the building, shoring, and tunnel below Glendon Avenue connecting the subterranean garages of both buildings.
