McCadden is a unique and hip market rate apartment complex located in the heart of Hollywood and Highland area that consisted of 3 buildings located over a single podium garage.

The common areas consist of pool, jacuzzi, fountains, and hearty landscaping.  The 4 level wood structure sits above a 3 level concrete structure where 2 levels are subterranean and 1 level is above grade.  The 218 units vary from single level flat type units to loft type units at the fourth floor with some non-stacking floor plans.  Design of garage and shoring was fairly complex and involved coordination with MTA.
